I am hoping someone out there can help me out with a new chain. I have a homelite 2100 saw and acc. to the spec sheet it takes an oregon #52 with. 404 pitch. The drive links on my current chain are #40, and i believe its a. 063" gauge, there are 81 of them. The blade is 29" end to end and is stamped 101 Homelite GW-2528-A.
As usual, any and all help greatly appreciated!!

.404 is the best chain for those as the 1/2" chisel is near impossible to get and the .404 chisel seems better than 1/2"chipper chain. Most saw dealers worth their salt will have some .404, though maybe not much of it.
