Working on a stihl 192tc can not get the saw to rev up with out stalling but starts right up idles great starts 1 pull warm I have rebuilt the carb with lo screw at 1 turn out and hi at 3/4 also tested all fuel lines no cracks or leaks replaced primer bulb new fuel filter and spark plug and cleaned the tank breather spark aresster in muffler is absent could this be a bad ignition coil any help is greatly appreciated
