Granburg File-N-Joint Models

Can anyone share with me the difference in the models? I am looking for one that can run a 6 side file for square chisel chain. It looks like the current model is the G106B but it doesn't look like it can run that type of file. The others models I found are the G104 and G108.

Don’t think there’s a guide available for square it’s either free hand or a grinder.

The file holder supports a triangular file I believe. I have one at home, just can’t remember.

i have an older oregon filing jig that accepts a double bevel file with just a little grinding in the triangular part that holds the file. you may be able to do the same.

I think most jigs accept the triangle files. But the older granbergs and others with the triangular shaped file holder will work with a double bevel square file
