Picked up a used Simington and I have a lot to learn.
Converted an old round ground loop and butchered it up pretty good.
Surprisingly it wasn’t making sawdust and actually cut decently compared to my round ground.

The wheel came on it. Shaped it down to keep it from cutting the tie straps.
Shaping the wheel is supposed to be the key to success and I don’t have a clue at this point. Trial and error, mostly error.
