Winter project 3120xp & 394xp parts needed

new member here. Thanks for taking the time to read. Currently I have two power heads that were bought at $45 each. They are in rough shape. Cases appear to be salvageable, cranks seem ok. As for everything else....needs to be gone through. Both units were leaned out/ air leak damage. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Looking for parts.....almost forgot to say that

I would suggest combing e-bay, craigslist, & visiting your local dealerships to ask about used parts/carcasses - the same things the rest of us do when we have projects.

Great idea on the used dealer parts. The 3120 seems easier to find. That 394.....is a pain. Can 395 plastics fit it?

All the 395 exterior parts are compatible with the 394 - although if you have the earlier 394 top cover with the narrow snap-clips, the 395 filter cover won't fit easily onto it.

If your 394 top cover is missing, then buy the 395 covers as a set - they're cheaper that way:

You can get a new 394/395 wrap handle kit from Bailey's on the cheap and it comes with big dawgs and a chain catcher:

Hi Jacob, these are all the 394/395 parts that I have. The crank halves are shot.
