Picked up this beast of a splitter that needs some love. The detent lever is broke, anyone know where you can find one of these as it not your usual setup. Valve also appears to be able to support another output for other hydraulics, thinking about a lift.20190916_185832.jpg 20190916_185837.jpg 20190916_185842.jpg 20190916_185923.jpg 20190916_185935.jpg 20190916_185943.jpg 20190916_185958.jpg

Looks like a Cross branded valve. The PB port is power beyond. Let’s you power another cylinder while this one is working. Just put a regular detent return log splitter valve in there. Fully adjustable relief and detent pressure. Can’t go wrong for $100

Does the motor run? If it does you may want to run it some and cycle the valve by hand to see how the pump, cylinder is working. Splitter looks like it needs a hyd rebuild. You could end up with a lot of money in the splitter. Watch those hoses while trying it out they look pretty weathered.

last time i looked surplus center had new splitter valves for $59, i collect hydraulic stuff and old valves like that are best sold at flea market for $10, however it looks like that handle is removable and could probable weld a new extension to it to operate it. its next to impossible to get new or serviceable parts for a lot of the old stuff. manufacturers have consolidated and bought one another out.
