I settled down with the Simington some today....IMG-0108.jpg
I started playing with the angles, and am trying to get something resembling the origional shape.
Closer, but not there yet. It aught to cut some, but will dull easily I know

Check with me in about a year, it will take that long for me to really understand some of the finer points of how to grind a square chain!
 
Thin your wheel some. That will allow you to lower the arm and roll the cutter down into the wheel for more blunt angles
This is the sort of feedback that I need. The grinder didn't come with any instruction, and I keep poking around the web looking for little tidbits of info.
Trial and error...

That was actually the first cutter on that loop, I thinned it some and played with the angles and got it a bit better farther down the chain.
 
The shelf on the cutter, that is created by the bottom of the wheel, is up near the middle of the tooth on my cutters. I bet I have the top of the wheel dressed down so that the edge of the wheel is only half as thick as what yours is
