We have a 2009 Bandit 200 Cat Motor
IEC auto feed Tach
Doing funny things can not even turn it off
How do you disable this auto feed till we get a new tach-----probably going with the auto feed plus
Thank you

Unplugging the controller will turn off autofeed, but then nothing will work.

Since the IEC controller is the brains of the machine there is no way to bypass it and still have a safe running chipper.

Its doing very random things ,stopping when chipping small material ,turning off for no reason and then wont turn off when we want it to.
It does have condensation so thinking that may be the culprit

There is a way to hot wire it to run the feeder wheels manually. Its 2 wires I believe I can go look if you are still in a jam. you can call the manufacturer and ask them also.
