serial number check request.

I bought a couple well used saws today for a winter project. The guy had these saws for years and had been trying to fix them himself. I am not sure all the parts (like covers and tank/handles) are original.

So I am hoping someone can run a serial number check so I know exactly what model and year to get parts for.

One is badged 064AV
s/n 120255466

One he said was an 044 but it has flippy caps and what is left of the sticker on the handle shows MS4 something.
s/n 1607399789

Lastly he threw in somethings that had a tree land on it. Pretty much nothing but a case and cylinder.
s/n 140742091

Any assistance with years and models would be greatly appreciated.

the 160739978 is a ms440 looks like it was never registered
the 140742091 is an 046 reg in Wisconsin
nothing comes up on the 064

Thanks for the info. I can now chase down the needed IPLs.

I see I got an extra digit in the s/n for the 440. He it is correct 160 739 979

So now its over to the beg for manuals thread for me.
