1122 is 064/066 series of saws. Measure the bore of that cylinder to confirm which model.

*I DID NOT MAKE PICTURES*

Someone tried to remove flywheel too much as much as i know.
The thing is, this one has decomp valve (on the top), and i cant find 064 with it anywhere, and frontal part where the filter is, look more like 660/066.
Im confused, i guess ill have to wait to be sure

From the thickness of the bottom of the cylinder where it mounts on that looks like an 066, has an 064 oiler for sure but some of the early 066s had that. What size are the mounting bolts for the cylinder? An 064 has M5 screws/bolts and an 066 has M6. IMO you have a very early 066 that has some 064 features. Also the coil looks like an 066. There is some small differences in the cases also, but I can't tell from the pictures provided... Just got done putting together several of these. If the crank, bearings are good about 2 hours and a few parts and it will be making long wood short again.

Alright, bad/good news , cylinder bolts are M5, it appears that someone has put ms650 top end on a 064 crankcase with 660 handle and plastic covers... what do you guys think?
