193t trouble

I have a 193t but it wont start or run unless you keep pumping the throtle. Where to start

Not yet just before it happened it was revving real high

Strong possibility of an air leak. In other words, air entering the combustion chamber from somewhere other than the carburetor.
That model has a rubber bellows that connects the carb to the cylinder. First place I'd check is to see that the bellows is attached properly, and isn't torn somewhere.
