I bought the saw about two months ago. It was a running saw. It had a few problems. I tore it apart to clean it. I found a few problems but fixed must of them. Put back together and it started in 3 pulls. I was running it without the clutch cover off to see if was oiling and it was. Then the clutch came off, something I didn't touch. I never took the cylinder or flywheel off. While waiting for a new clutch bearing I tried to start it and couldn't hardly pull it over. Piston looks new and has strout compression. Things I replaced throttle lock spring, brake band, exhaust bolt, fuel line, chain catcher, clutch bearing all oem. It's needs a new spring that holds the flag to the clutch cover. Pn 501874701. Plus to two anti-vibe spring on the handle are not broke but should be replace. Oh it's oem mahle cylinder that has 54 stamp on it. I just don't need a 81cc saw. Plus I can't crank this monster. 350.00 plus s/h. Pho
Got I new oregon 28 and 24 bars and chains that will sell by them self. I can pull the jug if anyone needs pictures. Hell it might be a 288 cylinder
Thanks for the reminder.

I guarantee it's a 281 cylinder, many of them are stamped 54, I have the same cylinder on mine, great cylinder, cause you can have them drilled for.a.decomp

When you say it’s stamped 54, do you mean the 54 is stamped in ink on top, or cast into cylinder base? If it’s ink stamped on top then it’s a 54mm. I do have a similar 281 cylinder that has 54 cast into the base, but measures 52mm.

Any other pictures? The same pic came thru about six times. I can't tell what kind of condition it's in.
