Those are rubber av buffers. Check the av out if you go to look at it, often one or more will be loose, need replaced. They did not used to be expensive, no idea anymore.
 
No real advantage to the Dolmar/Makita over the Stihls you have. The Stihls are easier to source parts for. The 520 could be a bit stronger saw compared to the 026, meh, not much, or not enough to get excited about.

Never really compared it to a similar size spring av saw in terms of vibration however it is similar to the 026 in vibration.

Look for a Husqvarna, 346.
 
Rubber buffers for those Makita/Dolmar are still available (if you can still find a Dolmar dealer to order them from) but if they aren't in stock expect at least two weeks to get them and open up your wallet: no idea about US pricing but those buffers are €8-10/each parts.
 
According to Acres the Dolmar 111 started production in 1987. The blue version 520 would likely have started around the same time. I think they are still sold in certain Eastern European countries to this day.
