What's the going price for a really nice 036 Pro with 20" bar?

Locally, in Maine, I see 300 to $500. If you are talking "minty," well, I don't really see those locally.

I don't think the pro model alters the price around here.

Ya, I realize the PRO sticker doesn't command more beaver pelts. Just looks cool.
Now if it was a PRO/Wood Boss/ Farm Boss........ well, lookout!! LOL

I was in the ballpark then, was figuring $350 - $400 for a nice one.

I picked one up today.
Very nice cosmetically.
Piston looks much less wear than normal.

My 036 Pro is the one that would stay if I could only have one saw.

Old school tech. Not much to break. Nearly bulletproof.

Arguably the best power/size to weight ratio of any saw in ported form.

They just cut and cut and usually do so trouble free for a very long time.

Add to that...any 60cc pro saw is a tool which is ideal for a broad range of users. Handy enough to limb with; will pull a 20" chain buried in hardwood all day long. And, if you cut from both sides of a tree...that 20" bar will get a lot of wood on the ground pretty efficiently.

Technically an MS360, but essentially the same as the 036.

I think the 5-second dropped-food rule corresponds to the 50-to-70cc rule in this instance.

Still haven't found one I like better than this. I'm hoping the one on the straw bales replaces it once some sausage is added.
