Thick ring as normal in these. They used the 3450 piston. Same as 330 too. Not stripped. They tighten right back up. But sure does look like it in the pic.

I trust Tim's info over acres site all day. Acres's site is 50 50 shot most times. I take the info with a grain of salt and better double check everything. Also why I have Tim's info saved to a thread Poulan 4000 page 13 http://chainsawrepair.createaforum.com/poulan/poulan-4000/msg9686/#msg9686...

    Shipping chainsaws

Fedex local lets you have boxes redirected to them and hold till you pick up there here. If you lived in town where such is things are worried about. I always ask folks I ship to if safe for boxes to be delivered and left at their place if they wasnt home.

    Shipping chainsaws

Fedex for me. Switched from ups as they were way more then fedex. usps I only use for parts as they are just to pricey for bigger boxes with weight to them. Same box from OH to GA for a saw was 20 more if used ups. Why I use Fedex. Plus first 100 ins is free. Had 2 saws shipped to me from...

Pulled a few parts for a guys 380. Took the pulley from a 330 parts saw to put with the 380 decal shell. Yellow 380 tank and the 137 380 carb. Back up pulley on left I always kept with half metal missing. Still works. Better then nothing. If someone gets down to not having a choice. 2800...

Craftsman 3.3 54cc black with blue decal is a poulan 335 predator. Chrome bore but with thick ring pistons. Looks like it still has the original champion 29 year old plug in it too. Most of these homeowner bought saws seem to. She lives to cut again #3
