    Definite Definitely Hackberry. The pulp wood is similar to Cottonwood. The bark is a dead give away. I have several of these trees in my wooded lot.

    Has anyone tuned a Stihl 034 carb before? It has 2 low screws, one high, and an idle screw. I bought an aftermarket on off of E-bay and having a hell of a time adjusting it. Saw will start and idle but idle is like full throttle. I keep making counter clockwise adjustments to the idle screw with...

    3000 FPS is correct. That gray Craftsman should be a 3.8 if it has the thick piston rings. I'm working on a 3.8 at the moment. Could not find a new carb for it, so just ordered a rebuild kit.

    How about an aluminum plate with two holes? That would probably work better than steel, since the aluminum is softer and wouldn't crack the cover.

    Hey guys, been cleaning up a Craftsman 3.8. Need a new Walbro carb. The number on the carb is 21-245-4-2. I've been searching the net and not having any luck. Anyone know of a good replacement carb?
