Y'er coming in on the orange-yellow to green with that comment. If'n you should ever catch me being wrong, please point it out; just be sure to offer some documentation. I always admit my mistakes, when I make them. Lots of folks argue, very few offer an actual argument.

Don't know if you are referring to jacks, jennys, asses, donkeys, or burros. All of those are fertile. I didn't mention mules nor hinnys in the post you previously quoted. Those are infertile, as you correctly pointed out. Except! There have been a few more than just one occasion of...

7 Hmmm... I didn't mention pusher props. And I am aware that engines can go both ways. I'm not sure what your point is, as I didn't need any wikis on this one. When I initially commented on the radial-bug, I was looking at the shape of the prop. It is clearly flying backwards, assuming a...

Hmm... I wonder how long that engine will run while traveling "open throttle" yet traveling below stall speed and stopping for red lights. On a shortened prop running backwards. With a big round VW Beetle body in front of it. Eny buddy kin see that bug will get hot.

That looks pretty much like East Central Illinois. My preferred kind of place. ...Except for all the poisonous stuff you guys grow down there.

Here is a good tutorial of how those engines work:

Ok. I did. So...it might go forward, but not too fast. The prop looks like it has been cut considerably shorter to allow for ground clearance. The engine will overheat, too. So far, there are no videos of it moving at all. The operator stands upwind of the prop and runs up the throttle...

I wonder how many gambling addicts will be saved by Covid-19?

    Some WTF pics.....

That would be very WTF. It looks like a lot of work just to add an engine that will certainly burn up. Got a link? I'd like to see that sucker going backwards down the salt flats at 120mph. I'm sure that would be a record!

Yep. Planer blades are equally invisible. Go ahead, ask me how I know. Did your finger look like this?

I'm calling BS on that. I don't think anybody would build a prop-drive on a VW that only ran in reverse. Now if they did build it using the wrong prop, that there would really qualify it for this thread. Look at the prop. It's going the wrong way. Even if they fix the prop pitch to...

    Some WTF pics.....

No! "Jack" is the proper term used for a male donkey. A female ass is a jenny. Both of them are quite fertile, and have 62 chromosomes. Horses have 64. Mules and hinnys have 63 and are infertile. The animal in question has been identified by breed, sex, and location. In this particular case...

See my quote below. It's a donkey! More properly said, I suppose, would be that it is an ass.

Excellent call! While attempting to prove your suggestion invalid, I found the original story for the scene. http://arbroath.blogspot.com/2012/08/mammoth-donkey-arrives-at-animal.html "Miss Ellie, an 8ft (2.4m) American Mammoth Jackstock imported from the US in 2010, towers over other breeds at...

Taller than some horses, but invariably not taller than the mare that foaled them, except perhaps if sired by a really tall jack (male donkey).

That looks likely to be a hinny or a mule. Hinnys are smaller on average than mules, since the size of the foal is generally determined by the mare that bears them. Video isn't good enough to see the gender for sure, but I'm guessing a female Spotted Mule. Female mules are not as common as male...

If the table didn't have some wobble built in, then the many metronomes would not have synchronized. Each time the table moved, it acted as a damper or accelerator for any metronome that wasn't in sync. Notice that the very last one to sync had arbitrarily synced 180° out of phase with the...
