I ran a Husky 390xp for 8 hours today. I was cutting butt flares off so they would go through our mill.
1. Professional logger. I come in behind our Harvesters and cut the trees deemed to big for them. Mostly spruce and hardwood.
2. 390xp -88 cc's
I owned a 460 a number of years ago and it was a very nice saw. My current 390xp would cut circles around it.
Wish I still had one of the many 254's I owned in the past.
Congrats, I had a 460 and loved it`.
I went to an authorized Husqvarna dealer 7 or 8 years ago. At that time the 550 xp hadn't been introduced in Canada but was being sold in the USA....
I was waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting for the 572xp.

I am on my 2nd 562 and have found it to be one of the easiest starting saws I have ever had. Much easier then the first 550 I owned, thats for sure.
Added a new one to my stable Wednesday. Worked flawlessly yesterday.
I do have a multimeter. Took a quick look in the woods and everything looked normal, except for the element melting right into the plastic handle.
Was using my Husqvarna 550 today and a funny thing happened. First tank after lunch I started the saw and about 5 minutes in the rear handle was...
