I think most jigs accept the triangle files. But the older granbergs and others with the triangular shaped file holder will work with a double...
I'd compare pin locations. If that checks out, and they're good fresh broken in rings, and the same thickness (1.5mm vs 1.2), it won't hurt anything.

To get more hook, you'll need to get the file lower, which is tough to do with that guide. Unless your file is too big
