Yhey were ground off by the remains of that one sprocket, and the metal pooches out and sticks in the bar groove, unless the bar is worn out too.

While the bar/chain is off, run the saw and check the oil flow.
The bar is usually the problem, they also make the box oversize too, and cost a lot more to ship.
