I love my 268, mine's not an xp but the 372 xpw was a nice step up for me. That being said the 390 xp is on my want list!!:help:

I have both but prefer the Husky....it's smoother, better balanced and sounds cool!! The Stihl is lighter and I like the transparent fuel tank.

372 xp is an awesome saw and very popular around here. I don't know of any problems with this model.

Could be the coil breaking down and loosing spark when warm. I would start with checking spark. Good luck.
