    Antique saw thread

The tree cast into the muffler is a nice touch and the genuine Pioneer starter is cool too. Still I'm partial to the curves of the older models. The HC missing most of it's paint is a good runner, it's repainted sister is still missing spark at this point.

    Antique saw thread

Nice! I really like the look of the '50's IEL Pioneers, great style to them. Do any of yours have the chrome emblem and IEL button on the top cover? From what I've been reading the earlier RA's had them.

    Antique saw thread

I haven't spent much time on this site, but I've really enjoyed looking through the saws in this thread. Back in the first few pages there were a couple very nice IEL RA's, so I thought I'd show one that came here to live recently. Before I bought it, the saw had been wrapped up in oily...

The 30 inch and longer club.

Lessee, there's a 32" on the MS660 and there are a few others......maybe 30 or so, give or take.

    Remington Chainsaws(including Mall chainsaws)

Hey Mark, The yellow saw at bottom left looks like a Ram Tools clam shell model. I didn't know those came in yellow. Mine are red. Do you still have the saw? Mike

Want to Buy John Deere 65EVA starter cover

I'm looking to buy a starter cover for a John Deere 65EVA (TY65EVA), preferably one that's not beat up as I plan to sell the saw and want it to match. Also, I have a lot of old saws for parts if there's anything you're needing in trade. I don't always have access to a computer or stupidphone...

    Remington Chainsaws(including Mall chainsaws)

Mmmm a red Remington.....took the Mall parts pics the end of March.....couple pickup loads ago......this would have been a 754 if memory serves me correctly. Sorry, no photos of that one and it's in storage. Not sure about the email either, Carl- did you have some stuff on craigslist? Wife says...

    Remington Chainsaws(including Mall chainsaws)

That's a pretty unusual piece of Mall equipment you've found there! I've done some pretty risky things in my day, but I can't imagine tearing through the brush with one of these land clearing saws..... I bought three old Malls from a nice gentleman last fall, a 2MG, Model 7, and Model 11- all...

    Iowa Spring GTG II

Well, if I could buy it for the same price I paid for the AC95......we have a deal! Seems unlikely though. I'm really more into the big old saws but it's hard to pass up a HTF saw when it's a great deal :msp_wink:

    Iowa Spring GTG II

Me too, Mark! I'd heard your name mentioned and knew it had to be you, but I was either messing with the old saws or you were deep in conversation and I just plain ran out of time. I hope to be better prepared next time and arrive earlier so I hope we get a chance to talk. The Allis 95 is...

Thanks Mark Rest assured Lefty won't be going anywhere (else) in the near future. I'm still mulling this over... you know which yellow & black saws I'd really like to have...:D If I get a spare or you get a spare I'm sure we can do some business. Mike

Greetings to all! This is my first post on this site, some of you may recognize me from the Chainsaw Collectors.se site by my handle. The Chelsea gtg was also a first for me and I've joined here so I could thank the hosts and organizers for putting on a fine event. I truly appreciate the...
