I went out and tried to fit a stihl 070 mount bar on the 660. And it won't line up at all without slotting out the tail and drilling new holes and oil holes. Lots of work !

Bedford ! Before you put your saw together. Could you please take a couple measurements of the ignition plate and the orange box coil pack thing. I would like to try to convert a 070 electronic china ignition to a 041. Fingers crossed. I don't think it will work tho. one can hope.

I've got less than 300 dollars into one of those huztl 660s. Honestly it kinda amazes me what they can do for so little money. I wouldn't mess with your stock saw if it runs good. If it were me. Do you have a use for a bigger saw. ?

The tube and screw are the tank vent. It's just a simple way to have a tank vent. Air will go past the screw through the tube. But gas won't pour out like crazy if you tilt it. It will still come out a little bit tho I think you only need one screw.
