No. I live back in the woods ya see. A woman, and the kids, and the dog and me... :cheers: I tried the diesel and kerosene mix. But I've heard that chainsaw mix and kerosene is better... any thoughts ???

Looks like a weed tree of some sort. It almost resembles "box elder" here in Michigan. Except yours has 6 leaves.

For anyone who does use oil to pre-lube a chain, do you mix gas with it ??? If so, what is the "BEST RATIO" ??? :dizzy:

My guess would be ........ Boxelder.

If it cut through fast, then cottonwood or poplar (Aspen).

My guess also is Oak. When you cut it,,, Does it smell like the time yer fingers slipped through the toilet paper ??? Then it's Oak. :cheers:
