    I wish...

A couple things I know off the top are the av and piston.

    I wish...

I wish husqvarna and stihl would start producing big bore kits. And hotter coils with adjustable timing. And expansion chamber pipes. And over sized carbs. And a miniature EDM. And aluminum block intakes. And lightened flywheels. And full circle, stroked cranks. And special order crankcases. And...

    MS200t bogging/stalling on startup

You may have no option to troubleshoot without putting a new metering diaphragm in the carb. Also remove the spark screen to inspect for excessive build up.

    Want to Sell McCulloch sp81

I have a good running sp81 up for sale. My plans for it was to give a full restoration but now I have to sell it because our only vehicle just lost its clutch and I need to come up with some quick cash to get it back on the road. I'm hoping I can get 400 for it. Call, text, or private...

    372XPW hose ID/routing, help, thanks...

It connects to that green thing under the hole. It's the tank vent hose and it worked its way loose from the vent.

    Stihl 064 "jerk" when starting

I fixed the same problem with an 064 last month. It was pulling over and firing just fine one day and then it went to destroying tendons in my hand. Still running good, but then it went the other way and starting firing so late that it started going pahpahpah at full throttle. I replaced both...

    Stihl 064 Cylinder QUESTIONS???

It's hard to see from the pic but it looks like the plating around the upper bore is completely worn out. Even if it was aggressively ported to fix the exhaust it would still have too much wiggle room.

    Port or larger saw?

Don't forget the ignition upgrade to an unlimited coil, parts for the muffler, and shipping. You're easily at 200 for that alone. Not if they're done right.

new Stihl ms 250 vs used 261

You'll buy the 250 and always wish you would have bought the 261, but I highly doubt you'll buy the 261 and ever wish you would have bought the 250. Let the 261 warm up and cut for a good 5 or 10 minutes to reach full operating temperature so you know if it runs right.

The effects of bad fuel/low octane

Lower octane burns faster and will advance the ignition timing. You should be able to take a known de-tuned model like the ms360 and get a boost in power running 87 octane.
