Finally got set up again to sharpen chains but it has been about 10 years since I was in the business, what does everyone charge now to sharpen chains?

What is the best way to repair this problem? The 2 rear bolts are stripped and front one is missing. Is it best to drill and rethread to next bigger size or have you found another way to repair.
