    Felling old maple tree.

    The county cut down a bunch of roadside trees and put a big pile of them in my buddies field and he told me to take them, mostly oak but some of this, is it mulberry?

    Locust, honey or black?

    2186 big enough for Alaskan mill

    Chain price

    I am just curious what everybody pays for chain, i had a order ready online at Baileys till i called the guy i got my saw from, Baileys wanted .30 per link and the Amish guy gets .22 per link, on a 28" chain that Is almost 7.50 savings.     Monster hard maple all mine

    How long will cut, split oak last?

    I have 3 years worth of wood at home now and i have 2-3 more years worth of would i have access to, how long will it last if it is cut, split and stacked? This is all oak and a little cherry.

    can anybody tell me the last year the 272XP was made before going to the 372, my father-in-law has a 272xp and he thinks it is only 6-8 years old, i would say at least 12 years old but i cant tell by the tag.

    Does anyody sell firewood to campgrounds or put up flyers at campgrounds, i live close to a few campgrounds and thought about seeing if they would let me put up flyers with my number on it to sell firewood, or if they would buy a quantity from me and they could mark it up whatever they wanted...
