Dearly Beloved, I am in the deepest of doo doos

I have found 29,539 other projects to divert my attention from that particular catastrophe. I will get back to you the moment I have the guts to follow through.

    Not an artistic bone

I have been trying the Enviro Tex Lite finish with unusually poor results. I am improving. By the time I get competent at it, I will have spent 12,000,000 bucks on this stuff.

Want to Sell Stihl 660 Jonsered 930 Super

They are like a mad dog, a vicious rattlesnake, a momma Grizzley with her cubs bumping into a hiker, a saber tooth tiger. It wants to destroy everything in its path. She don't get tired. Only strengthens as the minutes go by. Cries when you put her away. I'm thrilled I got mine.

    Built a sawmill this year

i WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE of the night 2 nights ago on my head on the floor a couple feet from my bed. I don't know how I got there. I woke up in pain upside down as if someone lifted me out of my bed and dropped me on my head knocking over furniture and junk on my way. I woke up and thought, what...

Want to Sell Stihl 660 Jonsered 930 Super

I just want to add that my MS 660 is a threshing machine. She can't wait to tear stuff apart. It is a great just to watch the thing do what it was designed for, so whoever may be thinking about getting yours, the thing is a killer.

Spent a fortune on 6" stainless steel stove and chimney pipe

I've read that, too. Overload the flue?, I guess, but I wouldn't run them simultaneously.

Spent a fortune on 6" stainless steel stove and chimney pipe

Good advice. There's an interesting guy who makes his own insulated piping who goes by "Honey Do". Good stove and chimney pipe are expensive, so I'm trying to figure out if I can replicate his stuff and if it makes sense to do so. He's into "Rocket" stoves, too. Claims virtually no creosote left...

    Chimney question

Spent a fortune on 6" stainless steel stove and chimney pipe years ago. Since than, I got a deal on a stove with a 8" flue opening. Can I run the 6" stove pipe from a 8" opening on this newer wood stove? New ss stove and chimney pipe to span 30' will run in the thousands. Thanks

Spent a fortune on 6" stainless steel stove and chimney pipe

Thanks boys. I've read it is not safe, but I wondered if it shouldn't be evaluated on a case by case basis. I was thinking of buying (or making) 10 feet of stove pipe, placing the newer stove on the first floor under the stove on the second floor and run the pipe from the first floor stove into...
