    I run a 42 inch bar on my 660 every once in awhile and it does great you just got to go slow and steady don't push the mill cuz it ain't going to go you just kind of hurting your back. Then again your backs going to hurt anyways no getting around it. Just keep them blade Sharp

    Ya im almost posrive its a elm of some sort. This is ash i have done. Reminds me of the rolling stone tounge. Now this is in pa to keep that in mind.

    It called tge haddon lumber maker. Look it up well worth the 75 bucks. Or however much it is. I bought a real nice brass one on eBay forget what the price was. Made in the USA though

    I use roofing tar. It does a good job. Couple coats. And it's pretty cheap

    Has these cabinets begun to warp. It almost looks like they have. If so how dry was the lumber when you built it ? Was it aired dried or kiln dried ?

    I like the Haddon just because of the history behind it. And it's smart simple and effective. Rails will stay truer to form. The 2x6 does warp over time.

    I've made deminsional lumber berfore. I know I can't spell. Use the mill to cut 4" slab. Then grab a haddon lumber maker for like 75 bucks on ebay. I'll tell ya what they are awsome. Might not be furniture grade cuts. But there awsome for a 6x6 8x8 hell even a 13x13 lol. They kick ass when your...
