    The peppers by themselves are a curse upon mankind. Nothing should be that hot that you can eat and live. I use quite a bit of carrot juice in my sauce to temper it down to a tolerant level.

    Might as well dehydrate what I can. I heard a lady say you could dehydrate your tomato skins from canning and grind them to a powder to make tomato paste as you need it.
