Advice on approach to removing hung tree

I would do a top cut on the end suspended in the air as close to the tree on the same side as possible, then undercut on the opposite side of the tree and not let the large stalk fall on my feet. Then remove the small piece of wood from that crotch....edit, I'm looking at a tiny pic on my...

Quality of Hoffman 292 calk vs Wesco timber?

I just order the steel toe with 400g thinsulate in 14" and an extra set of liners. Should be shipping out any day now!!! Probably should have gotten a set of the 200g liners too for the warmer days, and to wear on those sloppy mud season days.

    Worst mistake you've made?

Lol...I bet that was a site to see! I smashed a shed a few years ago while the h/o watched...I apologized, he told me not to take the blame, he thinks the kids weren't pulling on the rope hard enough...sounds good to me.

    Proximity to Parts & Service?

We are about 75 miles from our vermeer dealer, they bring us stuff all the time, bolts belts, knives, demos, ect. And its not a bad trek if we have to pick up something, or take something in. We are pretty loyal, but feel its worth the service. Even over the phone technical support we get is...
