Check carb screen for blockage.Had similar symptoms on one and that was it.

Quattro is right.I'd just rering it. Be sure to vac/pressure test when done.The crank seals will be toasty by now unless they've been replaced. Bearing and seal replacement can be a real PITA in finding new ones. Good luck. They're really good little saws.

Check the new piston dimentions against the old one.particularly the length between crankpin and piston crown.

Cut a piece of pbike tube to size and shape including holes (4) and insert between carb/air valve and manifold.test through splug adapter. Its a fiddly job.

Your right.the12mm bearing is nla.its 12mm bc the seal fits inside it.the seal is still avalible i think.a sealed 10 mm bearing doesnt work bc it wont hold a vacum ime. Use the old bearing if its ok.i go through old carcases and find the odd good one.

Just push it back in and maybe glue it.the pin can be removed to make the tank/case seperation task easier.

Its the av limiter pin.its pressed into the side of the fuel tank.if the saw has been abused its plastic mount cracks and lets the pin go.

The firmware is loaded into the carb module.If a new carb is purchased the latest firmware needs to be down loaded for it to work.

Do what RED said.Also remove inlet manifold to check the fine seals in there.

Check the four 6mm cylinder retaining bolts on the underside of the saw.They must be real tight.Ive seen the odd one missing giving the symtoms you describe.

All firmware(program) install and update have to be done using the cst (common service tool)via the dealer only portal.

It doesn't attach to the trigger.It just sits there awaiting the trigger to contact it when the throttle needs to be opened.

Did 560/562 ever come out with the 'trio brake'?Maybe a mount for that.
