I like GB bars, and Husky bars. I have never run a light weight bar, the are $$$, but probably well worth it!
Open up the lube passages in the bar! There is a youtube video from tinman , I think on this subject. Some manufacturers have reduced the size of the holes, for reasons unknown.
That is a Very Clean 262xp!.I have always thought they were way over rated. Might piss of some loyal fans, but I stand by my opinion. I love all my 359's and 2159. They rock and handle well!
If cylinder doesn't clean up, I would look on fleaBay. The open finger port 61's are unloved, but work just fine. I have purchased clean OEM ones for under 50 bones.
Glad to here your having good luck! I like the carburetor saws! The electronic has is place for altitude fuel/air adjustments being compensated. But I Love Old School!!!!
