    Husqvarna 350/346 mods

I tried it and went with a LP chain, less cutters per the 3/8” but teeth like a .325, no opinion yet

    365 special / 372 big bore

Ok there is limits but I would recommend checking squish with the gasket then cutting the cylinder base mounting flange enough to get your squish to .020, then only raise your ports the amount you cut from the cylinder, you can then use a sharpie through the intake and exhaust to mark the piston...

    660 Muffler Mod..

Good work but I've had issues with forward ports getting close to the log and choking power, I shoot them out chain side at about a 30 degree forward with best results

    365 special / 372 big bore

I have some diamond coated grindstones for my dremel, similar to chain Sharpening stones, that I use from the outside through the port, it's long enough to chamfer the edges pretty well, I follow up with emery cloth on my finger from the bore to really smooth it.

    365 special / 372 big bore

Just widened the intake and exhaust about 2mm and nice with nice round shape on the sides to keep the rings stress free. No timing changes, just gasket delete and muffler mod. Customers eyes popped out when he ran it, 18" bar ands it screams

How much can a husky 350 handle...

I shoot for 165-180 on compression, my 372 took a few tanks ran through it to get up there but that's not uncommon. I set my max rpm on a new build then open the high a 1/4 turn until I run a few tanks through, good thing about 2-strokes is no camshaft break-in! I get a moment I'll post a video...
