Agree with others. If it’s got good compression it’s definitely worth getting running since everything else can usually be fixed pretty easily / in expensively. If you are going to keep for your own use you could buy aftermarket parts that need replacement but if fixing for resale, stick with...

Upon looking into my loose muffler I found that one of the mounting bosses has been broken off of the cylinder. Some previous owner tried rigging it but was a matter of time before it loosened up again. Can cylinder be welded or do I need to acquire another one? Anybody on here comfortable...
