So what do you guys think about your first autotune or mtronic saw after you have ran regular carbs for years??

I really like how my 562xp and my 500i run. However I don’t think the 562s were built to last like them old saw were

    The Echo rattle

I removed the clutch and then test ran it. Still made the noise then fired it up on its side and very carefully removed the recoil assembly with it running lol still rattled

    The Echo rattle

Sound like it could be the clutch to me. My 562xp rattles. My dealer told me it was piston slap however I ruled out the clutch and starter first so I plan to pull the jug off and have a look

372 xt - Is there any hope or did I buy the wrong saw?

I ran a 372xt and a 365xt they cut just fine stock. They were both saw that work owned. I have a 365xp with a 52mm top end. In the small wood I notice no difference. It’s only with a long bar just buried in fir you notice the difference as my 365 I built for torque because let’s be honest I’m...

    Ported intake question

You could be having an issue with the high speed nozzle check valve. It will act like and air leak at idle. Also check and see if the metering diaphragm metal cover has a hole in it. If not drill a small hole in it so it looks like other walbro covers

    Question I picked up a ms250

The 250 is a good saw. Only real issue I found is they have poor air filters. I would skip the 271 and look for a bigger saw to complement the 250

husky 435 bogs when I try to rev it

Lol you can hear that it’s the coil. It’s not advancing the spark when you go to rev it. I had pretty much the same problem with my 445. It had no spark when I got it. They sold me a coil for a 445 e not an e ii It would run exactly like that but it would not advance the spark as it was not...

Don’t Write Off Your MS250 with a Zama Carb

I threw the Zama c1q away and put on a walbro from an 025. Starts easy and runs smooth

husky 435 bogs when I try to rev it

Make sure you do them crank seals while it’s apart. Cheap insurance seeing how you have much into it already. I had a similar issue with my 445. Had no spark when I got it. Dealer sold me the wrong coil and it ran like that. There is different versions of the 445 mine was the e ii.
