Could this be a lead? This online parts supplier lists a "part number" that is the same as the manual number, and the description says "MANUALUSER (CAN TIRE)". There is no other description, but could this be the elusive PM 225-16 owner's manual? Here's the link...

That's what I want, the owner's manual. I have the parts list and diagram PN 211229-03 (attached). Maybe my local small engine guy has the service manual (not sure though, if he will share!).
