    Cost per Lead Question

    In Australia each lead is worth approximately $16 assuming you have a 1 in 3 chance of being successful. For my business I'd be happy to pay $25-50 per lead if they were a 50/50, or buy a lead at 5% of each jobs total ($50 for every $1000).

    I know this thread is old, but if anyone is out there this is the question I have at the moment. Currently I advertise on GumTree (Australian version of Graigslist) and have Google and Bing business listings - it's just I'm not getting enough work. Any ideas of the best media? Letterbox drops...
