Does anyone else use a Lickety Log Splitter

I had to replace the motor. The original Briggs was blown and Harbor Freight has a nice little replacement that bolts right on - all the holes line up - for $99 if you have the coupon. So I am running whatever oil was recommended with the motor. For the hydraulics, I used some NAPA hydraulic...

    Lickity Log Splitter, Piqua Ohio

Thanks for letting me know. I would have wondered if he saw the post. BTW, there;s also one that looks pretty nice on Craigslist in Kalamazoo. They're asking $500 (I think) and I'd go after it myself if I wasn't afraid I'd get in hot water and end up sleeping with it in the garage.

    Lickity Log Splitter, Piqua Ohio

Hello - I saw your post from a while back. I saw a Lickity Splitter on Craigslist in Athens Ohio that is listed for $500. There isn't much info on it so you'd have to contact the guy if you're interested.

Do you still have your Lickity Log Splitter? I recently came across a 25SBS25TW that I just put a new Predator motor on. It works well but I need to get new o-rings for the cylinder. Just wanted to let you know that there is at least one other machine like yours out there.

Good looking machine. I just went in on what looks like a model 25A3S25TW. The Briggs that is on it has no compression so I think I'm headed to Harbor Freight to pick up a 6.5HP Predator motor. DOn't know how well it works until I can get it powered up.
