I ordered part #038130910 and it was the newer kit with the decomp on the clutch side. My understanding is all the P/C kits are now superseded to the newer style.

Vinny- the PM700 looks great, good score I would say. I picked up an older PM700 this weekend that runs well but is not near as clean. Didn't notice it until after I bought it that the muffler was cracked and bar adjuster screw was broken. Anyone have a spare PM700 muffler laying around...

I still think your compression tester is low. Every 6421 and 372xt I have tested have much higher numbers than you are posting but are relative to each other. The 6421 are higher than the 372xt just like your test but with higher numbers. Get a real chain. When I first brought home my 6421...
