    MS211 picco to 325

Ran it at the farm but the carb was not feeling friendly.. and was bogging in 6-8 inches of wood. Need to clean it out and well see how it runs.

    MS211 picco to 325

Ran it in some silver maple today. Up to about 10 inches - it ran fine, even when pushed. This is with a semi chisel, RM chain. Over about 10 inches, it would cut, just needed to not push the saw to hard. I think if i gill the muffler, and give it an 1/8th turn past the the high stop it...

    MS211 picco to 325

Results are in. Can 100% confirm that MS250 parts slap right in! Switched everything over and fired it up. Was just cutting some maple - nothing crazy hard. Was about 8 inch in diameter. First few cuts with the new stuff seemed.. "ok" at best... was a bit shocked at how lack luster it was...

    MS 311 or MS 241 CM or . . .

    MS211 picco to 325

Parts are on order - I borrowed them off a friends saw just to confirm fitting. It will be a 7tooth drum, 325 yellow chain and 16 inch bar. I have no doubt in its ability to pull a 16in bar unless i drop it in an oak log..

    MS211 picco to 325

MS250 and MS211 are compatible with swapping sprockets/bars? My buddy has a junk ms250 that I think I can scavenge parts from if thats the case

    MS211 picco to 325

I did some searching and it seems everyone goes the other way from 325 to picco (ms261 Stihl Performance kit).. but is there any way to go from picco on my 211 to 325? I asked my local Stihl dealer and he tried to help, but said that he didnt want to give me false information. He believes its...
