I ordered a husqvarna diagnostic tool

I see your point. But husky isn’t going to change lol so we might as well get with the program. it is useful to monitor your fuel settings and if you notice they are starting to lean out dramatically you can at that point stop running the saw, and proceed with pressure vacuum test. So seeing...

I ordered a husqvarna diagnostic tool

You can only do a few things, -master reset -fuel setting reset -owner name -add a service history report -TPS, fuel solenoid, and air temp test There are no settings that you can actually adjust. If you want to have the saw relearn it’s fuel settings to try and diagnose an issue you can reset...

I ordered a husqvarna diagnostic tool

The original unit I bought was sent back to husky corporate. They contacted me and wanted it back.. long story. A user here on this forum provided me with a link to the software on husky’s site that actually worked The one thing it did not come with, and identifies as such, is a firmware...

    New to the alaskan mill

I think you should try milling with what you have first and see what you like. I personally do not care much for shrinking the kerf on my setup. I am more about keeping The same chain pitch/gauge and having a variety of bar sizes. I really dont know much about your chainsaws but judging by the...

    Quick and simple milling rails

Nice work! I started with a ladder, went away from the ladder, now im back to the ladder system... The one thing that stands out with your ladder, from what im seeing, is that the rungs do not protrude out the sides enough to interfere with the vertical poles of the mill. makes it much easier...

    New Setup 3/8 or 404?

I find putting chain on the husky a real pain myself. The rim has alot of side to side travel and is quite difficult to get chain to line up with it and the top/bottom of the bar.. off topic but just had to mention. Did not know that .404 wanders less than 3/8. I do know however the flatter the...

    372 just wont run right...

Gonna try and increase the idle and see how that works out. I ordered a china coil for 14$ to also go down that avenue. i bent the lever arm down 10 thou and the fuel pooling issue is 90% gone. Throttle response seems more crisp. Thank you all for the advice :)

    Clogged compression release port

Thread it out. You should be able to blow through it slightly with it in the open position

    372 just wont run right...

Nothing retentive about comparing something to another and noticing a difference. There are alot of things in life that I dont understand. such as Why are people ****-wads from the get go? Why do people get irritated from someone elses questions on a public forum? Why do people have a problem...

Robin wood I did not think much of your initial post because i always assume spark plugs last forever... however i see your point and it sounds like a good one. The plug is original from when I bought it... probably has 10 tanks on it or more. ive been meaning to get a pack of plugs for all of...
