    husqvarna 61 top covers?

The 61 was my first saw I ever had and I was stupid and sold it. I finally got me another one that is in good shape, so I was wanting to try and keep it all factory looking. I really like the grey top look also. I also have an OEM 272 cylinder and piston I might put on it. The cylinder that is...

    McCulloch 640 carburetor swap

No modification. It drops right in with no modification. The intake and impulse line match up perfectly. The air cleaner works fine too. The carb came out of a 1-52 donor saw. I put the motor out of the 1-52 into my Mac 15. With the carburetor adjustment, I always start out one full turn on...

    McCulloch 640 carburetor swap

I used a Tillotson HL63B carburetor. I took the stud out of the top of the carburetor and installed a bolt. The factory throttle shaft worked with no modifications. The choke I used a 10-10S choke rod with a little bending. The fuel line I had to grind down the tit to get the fuel line to fit...

The one with the C-Clip on it. It is the one that is pressed on the crank. In this picture it is still on the crank.

Mine are just plane. But 3/16” stainless steel. Yes the roller bearing was locked up. The bearings and seals are at Applied Industries. They found everything except the roller bearing. Applied is a bearing and seal dealer. I would think they would be able to find it. They told me it might be a...

Does anyone know part numbers for the crank bearings and seals for a McCulloch 10-10S? I found the McCulloch factory part numbers but I am having problems crossing them locally.

I read somewhere someone was using a 3D printer making the plastic recoil screen for the McCulloch 10-10 chainsaws. I am needing three of these plastic screens if anyone knows where I can find them.

Thank you all for the nice comments! I really love these saws! Right now I am working on restoring a 1927 Briggs and Stratton model FH for my dad for his birthday. I found it in one of his barns. I think he used to use it when he was young.

Super Pro 80 Pro Mac 60 Mac 15 Pro Mac 55 Do you think an old kart motor would make the Mac 15 run better? My Super Pro 80 I just put a 8 tooth sprocket on and put the roller nose bar on. I also just put a new clutch spring on it. It runs great!

Here is a few of the saws I have been working on. They all run great except for the Mac 15. The piston and cylinder have pretty bad scratches. Was thinking about buying a kart MC92 motor and put on it.

That’s a nice looking 10-10S! You will have to just pull the chain off and count the drive links or take it to a place that makes chains and let them make a chain for you.
