    Want to Buy Top handle

Runner, perhaps a builder depending on what's wrong with it. I don't really have the time to tear down a saw and rebuild it.

Looking for a top handled saw, preferably an Echo. Not opposed to other brands though.

Want to Buy Chainsaw Bench Grinder/Sharpener

Looking for a chainsaw grinder, i had an old harbor freight one but finally wore out. And I don't do enough cutting to verify spending $400-$500 on one. Wondered if someone isn't using one and was willing to let it go.

Want to Buy Looking for Stihl & Echo

Have an Echo 310 & 800P. Interested in a Stihl, about the same size as the 310. Which I think is around the 251. Wouldn't mind going a bit bigger. Also, if anyone has an Echo 300-EVL, let me know. I'd like to purchase the saw, need some parts off it

    Granberg G106B

Hey folks, I used to sharpen chains with a harbor freight electric sharpener, with a grinding wheel. It did well on my (small) saw, but I could notice a difference in the longevity with the sharpness of the chain. I suspect that the chain cutters got a little to warm when sharpening. Anyhow...

    Chainsaw Mill or Bandsaw Mill

Pretty nice set up there, there's still the cost factor though

    Chainsaw Mill or Bandsaw Mill

Given then information you provided, a chainsaw mill is right up my alley. Didn't think a bandsaw mill would be that complicated to perfect.

    Chainsaw Mill or Bandsaw Mill

I'm inclined to agree with you on the tuning part. For me, chainsaw mill is cheaper and I can get the lumber I need. Will have to spend a little more time for lumber that will be used for furniture but I don't have a problem with that. It's a little difficult for me to spend 5k or more on a...

    Chainsaw Mill or Bandsaw Mill

I figured about a 1/4" but I'll keep that in mind. It's okay, I've used it twice. I built the jig out of pine, which should have been hardwood. It's a little time consuming but it gets the job done when you don't have anything else. I used a 1/2" routing bit, I have a small, and old router...

    Chainsaw Mill or Bandsaw Mill

I don't mind a little work. How much clearance do you add for the planer? I don't have a planer, I use a router with a planing bit and jig to get the wood where I need it.
