Looking to get into Fire Contracting in NorCal

If you just want to get in the system and gain some insight, I know the feds hire a lot of chippers for fires and fire rehab. You just run the chipper and a hand crew drags brush. Contract fallers just cut trees in my experience, no swamper. Fallers work in pairs. CA might be different, most...

Great wood for wood stove. It pops a lot if you burn in campfire or open fireplace. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    "Carbide Chain" Rescue Saws? ...

    "Carbide Chain" Rescue Saws? ...

Rapid Duro Rescue/RDR chain will cut slower than a sharp chain, faster than a dull chain. It’ll last a long time, but it’s expensive. If you are cutting garbage, it might be worth it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Disassembly and cleaning your saws?

Try Shout laundry stain remover. I started using it when I heard about it from the dirt bike crowd. Spray on wait a couple minutes, hose off and dry. Done and won’t harm plastics. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
