Alright so my saw cuts like an absolute best when it’s laying on its dogs pulling in the wood but when I try to cut with the end of the bar it doesn’t want to cut and I know it’s sharp and I file the depth gauges so why does the end of the bar like crap

I take my ms 261 and 461 a old vintage axe I found in the barn bar and chain oil stihl 2 and 1 and 4 plastic wedges

I commented the same thing and they said first quarter of 2019

Ms261 cm great saw but you can’t go wrong with either

Called my stihl dealer on they said they will have them on the first week of January I found my way to get one

Personally I have to go with the pre mtronic 441 as it gets ran everyday for 4 hours min since 2007 step dad dropped it out of tree from 30 feet on only broke the handle and I have abused the crap out of the saw and it won’t break but same with the 460
