Old thread but with this mod I am not getting good oil to my bar it seeps past where the grooves are in that rancher cover. Anything you guys did to fix this?

Getting a 395 shipped over to me and want to get her ported and done up nice. Muffler mod, gasket delete, possibly oiler mod? I'm out of Idaho so someone close would be nice but willing to send off to whoever will get er done right. Also have a huztl 372 that I'm considering having done as well.

That is a very nice saw but a bit out of my range.

Looking for a larger Husqvarna saw that's ported pm what you guys have looking in the 6-700$ range.

Well their isn't a market for them and I don't know what they are worth feel free to make an offer.

Wanting to see what people would pay for it I'd assume upwards of 700 plus shipping.

Have a neighbor who is wanting to sell his homelite 750 runs good. I started it after it sat for who knows how long by just adding gas and giving it a few pulls. The saw idles high but seems to be good on the low and high adjustments.

I ordered a new one wasn't a pop-up which I guess I'll have to regret. Will loctite 515 work or do you prefer that Honda bond. I have a muffler mod and am going to do the base gasket delete. Just gonna have to figure out the transfer matching.

So would you do the pop-up VS the base gasket delete then?

It did OK but I got the saw used and it's just slowly getting weaker. Now it's getting harder and harder to start.

Have not, just tested compression out of suspicion and sure enough she is worn out. So I figured I'd just order up a rebuild kit and carb rebuild and see how it goes from their. But figured I'd ask you experts if I should do more while it's torn down.

100psi of compression low which is why I'm gonna rebuild it.

Just cutting wood, pine mostly stuff that's up and around 24 inches. Want it to pull my full comp through which right now she is real tired.

Would it be safe to do both clearance wise with the pop-up? Wouldn't that leave virtually 0 squish?

Looking for what you would do you your 372 x torq. I'm going to throw a new jug and piston in mine and rebuild carb along with a muffler mod. Is their anything else I should do while she is apart that doesn't take anything too fancy or complicated to do?
