Factory settings are what the manual says correct ? 1 1/2 out high speed 1/2 out on the low speed

anybody have them on a running saw ? the manual say 1 1/2 turns out on high speed and 1/2 turn out on low speed my low is 3/4 out and high is about 2 1/2 ( when I got it it was 3 3/4 out ) thanks
