    346xp Idle issue

Yup definitely a broken clutch spring. Might as well check that bearing too while I'm at it.

    346xp Idle issue

Just picked up a 346xp used and it's a gem. After the first day of use something happened to the idle where the chain won't quit moving. I adjusted the T screw and all that did was make it die, chain kept running. Is this needing a more fine tune on the carb? Not really proficient with carb...

    Rancher 455 woes

455 was the first saw I bought. Did well for the first few years then the oil pump was a constant issue, replaced it once, cleaned the tank, all tubes and channels with compressed air and still wouldn't oil right. Good luck!

Dolmar "6100" on Craigslist? Is it actually a 6400?

Meanwhile, someone is swooping in to buy the Stihl in front of my nose  $425 seems like a decent price for the MS 361 (with bar and chain). Also on deck is a Husky 359 for the same price, but reviews are mixed on that one...

Dolmar "6100" on Craigslist? Is it actually a 6400?

This 6100 I'm looking at is the EA model 6100P, so I guess that's the Chinese made one.

Dolmar "6100" on Craigslist? Is it actually a 6400?

I was wondering why, when I go to look for Dolmar dealers in my area, it linked me to the Makita website. Have they absorbed the Dolmar brand?

Dolmar "6100" on Craigslist? Is it actually a 6400?

So I'm looking for a felling/firewood saw, currently browsing the local used options on craigslist. Theres a Stihl MS 361 (425$) and Dolmar 6100 (350$) for sale. I read an older thread on this site where someone said there is no 6100 model, is this true? Is it likely that the Dolmar is...
