    A tree service I started with had a duce and half with a 50' skyorker on it. You can stick it in any situation. But they are governed at about 55 miles an hour. They can be bones. Scotty

    If it is gas carb could be out of adjustment, or need to be rebult. If deisel could be a bad injector.

    They don't make asplundh booms anymore and a guy I know got ride of his due to lack of part available. Check out altec. You also could contact a boom company the refurbushes them, they might have a good boom and bad truck that you gould get. Scotty

    Sounds like the belt tension maybe. Otherwise I know you said the bearing seem ok but they might be wearing causeing dragg.
